Elegant atmosphere with attentive staff. The Club Lounge stands out for its excellent service and delicious food. Perfect for relaxation after exploring the city.

Room decor felt somewhat dated and lacked the luxury experience I anticipated for a 5-star hotel. Breakfast service was also inconsistent, with attempts to clear plates too soon.

not enough vegetarian options available It was very difficult to find simple food on menu without sauces and garnishes [what I call the Celebrity Chef Syndrome]

The experience was amazing! The spa offered a heavenly full body massage that melted my stress away, and the infinity pool overlooked fine city views. Each morning, I indulged in a vibrant array of delicious breakfast options, made waking up a joy!

We satisfied at the hotel. It was great to be accommodated to an upgraded room.

Only one thing we would like to say is about WIFI internet in the hotel. Hopefully, it would be free of charge, that we had experienced at the other hotels in Bangkok. Hope you will take this into consideration.

The beds where exceptionally comfortable and overall the room was recently refurbished & large. An electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar and an air conditioning were available here. Location: the hotel was right by great restaurants in the neighbourhood, subway stations and many shopping malls, and a park and a good mall. Fast food restaurant Chairman by Chef Man was located 5 minutes walk away.

The breakfast buffet was really good, and the personalized service from the staff made our family feel welcomed. The rooftop pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

we had a stocked room and an amazing and fantastic breakfast. its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from central chidlom was amazing. you could walk to a night market and a market.

They accidentally keyed in my checkout date one day earlier. I was locked out of my room and when I managed to get in, it was not tidied up. I guess when they keyed the checkout date wrongly, they didn't tidy the room as well.

The staff were great, cute us warmly with a beautiful suite. Every detail was attended to.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My son dietary requirements and this was well catered for within the hotel - this was a pleasant surprise.

We specified on our booking we wanted a double room with an extra bed for our son, but we were allocated a twin room with no extra bed - this was rectified very quickly. The dining room on Sunday morning was extremely busy - there was only one person on the "egg-station" so was a very long queue and had to wait a very long time. There needs to be more staff available to cope with the demand.

We stayed in the club rooms which were excellent value for money.

The club lounge experience was really good, delivering excellent food and service in a warm atmosphere. Relaxing by the splendid pool after a long day of exploring was invigorating. While the stay had its highlights, the air conditioning could have been cooler, and some amenities felt slightly dated. Despite this, the cooperative staff ensured any concerns were swiftly addressed.

The pool area was fab for unwinding after exploring the city, and the luxurious spa offered a fantastic massage that was just what I needed.

The pool was fantastic and the hotel's location- steps away from the skytrain and perfect if you want to be close to the livelier parts of the area, but located in a quieter neighbourhood.

The lack of luxury particularly since we were in a club room. The room was below expectation- with no double sofa/ottoman, the bed was plain and boring- no accessories were provided- the furniture showed clear signs of aging and need to be changed immediately. For a Starwood hotel, the standard of the club room is exceptionally poor.
